Honey mustard dressing or dip
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1/4 c Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  1. I blend these in a mini chopper but you can shake them in a jar w/ a screw-top lid or simply whisk them. Stays tasty for a about a week, covered & refrigerated.
  2. You can also add a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice but I find it takes away from the honey-mustard flavor.
I use this for a dip with chicken tenders. It also works well as a salad dressing. I usually halve it for dip.
