Honeydew Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 4-6
  • 1 honeydew melon, seeded, cut into peeled wedges
  • 1 container lime sherbet
  • 2 whole limes, cut into wedges
  • fresh mint leaves, washed and dried
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place a wedge of honeydew melon on plate or in shallow bowl. Top with a scoop of sherbet. Spritz with a wedge of lime (juice will form an icy shell on sherbet). Garnish with another wedge and the fresh mint. Delicious treat for 4-6.
