Horseradish Cheese Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. finely grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely grated horseradish (jar)
- 2-3 tablespoons good mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- ground black pepper to taste
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients.
- Mound into a crock or attractive serving dish. Garnish with parsley leaves if desired.
- Serve with crisp garlic toasts or veggies.
