Horseradish Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. finely grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated horseradish (jar)
  • 2-3 tablespoons good mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Mound into a crock or attractive serving dish. Garnish with parsley leaves if desired.
  3. Serve with crisp garlic toasts or veggies.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I serve half, refrigerate half in a separate crock or bowl, so I can refresh the tray once during a party. Be sure to provide a small knife for spreading.
