Hot (or cold) Buttered Yum!
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 1 -2
- Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
- Hot
- 1 oz. Spiced rum
- 1 cup TheQueenBean.com Buttered Rum coffee
- 1 oz. honey
- Spicy whipped creme*
- Cold
- 1 – 3 oz. Spiced rum ( adjust to your taste I use 1.5 oz, but if you like it stronger, go for it!)
- 1 cup Buttered Rum coffee from TheQueenBean.com
- 1 cup milk
- 1 oz. honey
- A blender 1/4 of the way filled with ice
- * Spicy creme:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon sugar
- ** Add Confectioners sugar (by taste if needed)
DIRECTIONS
- Hot:
- Pour the rum & honey in a preheated glass.
- Add hot buttered rum coffee until the glass is about 90% full.
- Top with the spicy whipped cream
- Cold:
- Combine milk, rum honey and coffee in your blender.
- Once blended top with spicy cream and enjoy!
