Hot Brie With Raisins And Walnuts
INGREDIENTS
- 1 wheel of brie (8 inch circle) weighing about 2 pounds. Remove the outer rind of mold from the top. Place brie in an 8" round quiche dish or porcelain baker
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pine nut
DIRECTIONS
- Divide top of brie into 4 wedges.
- Top alternate wedges with raisins and walnuts.
- Place brie in a 350 oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until brie is melted.
- Serve at once with pale soda crackers.
