Hot Caramel Sauce e.g over Ice Cream
  • 120g Butter
  • 115g Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream or half and half.. I even sometimes just use milk
  1. Boil all together til a nice caramel has formed. Not too thick though.
  2. Enjoy as described above or even on a Date Cake! with Vanilla Ice Cream!
  3. Guess what our Icelandic Brown sugar is only available in the USA and there! So I always have to import it from either country :)
This is a great sauce to make over Vanilla Ice Cream! Sooooooooo Delicious when it´s poured warm over the Ice Cream! Yummy!
