Hot Cheese Dip
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 TBSP diced onion
  • 1 tsp margarine pinch of Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Melt margarine in a saucepan with spices.
  2. Add onion cook until soft.
  3. Add cornstarch mix together.
  4. Add milk to mixture and stir well as it is thickening.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and cream cheese, mix until thick.
  6. Serve hot with bread or tortilla chips.
  7. Can use a crock-pot to keep warm
