Hot Cheese Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 4oz cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 TBSP diced onion
- 1 tsp margarine pinch of Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Melt margarine in a saucepan with spices.
- Add onion cook until soft.
- Add cornstarch mix together.
- Add milk to mixture and stir well as it is thickening.
- Add cheddar cheese and cream cheese, mix until thick.
- Serve hot with bread or tortilla chips.
- Can use a crock-pot to keep warm
