Hot Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup Baking Cocoa
  • 4 cups milk, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream or miniature marshmallows (optional)
  1. COMBINE sugar and cocoa in medium saucepan; stir.
  2. Gradually stir in 1/3 cup milk to make a smooth paste; stir in remaining milk.
  3. WARM over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot (do not boil).
  4. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows, if desired, before serving.
