Hot Jezebel Dip/Sauce

- 1 jar apricot preserves, 18 oz
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2-3 Tbsp horseradish
- cracked black pepper, to taste
- crackers or pita wedges for dipping
- 8 oz cream cheese
DIRECTIONS
- In bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons horseradish, and black pepper. Add more horseradish and black pepper to taste.
- Chill overnight OR serve immediately poured over top of cream cheese.
- Serve with crackers or pita wedges.
- Store leftover sauce in mason jar and refrigerate.
