Hot Pepper Jelly
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4
- 3 red bell peppers
- 3 green bell peppers
- 3 hot peppers
- 1 tsp Tabisco
- 6 1/2 C sugar
- 1 1/2 c vinegar
- 1 bottle Certo
DIRECTIONS
- remove seeds and grind peppers in food chopper. Combine sugar, vinegar and
- peppers-- Cook for 7 min. Cool 2 min. and add Certo. Pour into hot
- sterilized jars and seal
