Hot Sausage Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cans rotel (1 hot & 1 mild)
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 T. crushed red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) Brown sausage in a skillet with onion.
  2. 2) Add rotel, cover skillet, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3) Drain any liquid in the skillet.
  4. 4) Mix with rest of ingredients and heat in crock pot.
