Hot Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 oz pkg fresh spinach
  • 1 8 oz pkg fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat Worcestershire sauce in large skillet.
  2. Cut onion into 1/2 inch slices and separate rings.
  3. Add to Worcestershire and allow to glaze.
  4. Add garlic and mushrooms- continue heating until mushrooms are soft.
  5. Add spinach and toss for approximately 1 min.
  6. Serve warm immediately.
