Hot and Spicy Po-Boys

  • 3 oz. roast beef
  • 3 oz. ham
  • black olive tapenade
  • hot sauce (I use sriracha)
  • grilled onions
  • 1 sesame seed sub roll
  • 3 slices swiss cheese
  1. Place cold cuts in a pan with the cheese between the two meats. Heat for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Spread olive tapenade on roll
  3. Top with cold cuts, grilled onions, and hot sauce.
Okay, so these aren't exactly Po-Boys, but with the olive tapenade, its as close as I can get in CA! My husband looooovvvveeess this sandwich
