  • 1 Can Garbanzo Beans, Drained
  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cumin
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Drizzle Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, add water if too thick
  2. Spoon into serving bowl and top in the middle with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh herbs, and toasted pine nuts
