Hummus raw vegan
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 72 hours to soak and sprout the chickpeas
- Servings: 1 cup
- Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- 1 cup sprouted chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 lemon - the juice
- 2 med size cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of coriander
- 3 Tbsp water
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth
- garnish with black olives
- or a blend dried red pepper with oil and salt
- or sun dried tomatoes
