INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon - the juice
  • 2 med size cloves of garlic

  • 2 Tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pinch of coriander
  • 3 Tbsp water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. garnish with black olives
  4. or a blend dried red pepper with oil and salt
