Hummus
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Can Chick Peas (reserve about 2 Tbsp of the juice)
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • 3 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • Pinch or 2 of Cumin
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix Everything in Food Processor until well blended.
  2. Top with Olive Oil and serve with pita chips/pita bread/vegetables.
