Hummus
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Can Chick Peas (reserve about 2 Tbsp of the juice)
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- 3 Tbsp Tahini
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- Pinch or 2 of Cumin
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Everything in Food Processor until well blended.
- Top with Olive Oil and serve with pita chips/pita bread/vegetables.
