Hummus
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 2

- Preparation Time: 10
- 1 can chickpeas -use some of the liquid for a thinner consistency
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- dash of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Throw it all in a blender or food processer and blend together.
- Let chill before serving
