Hungarian Goulash
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 90
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 14 oz can beef broth
- pepper
- 2 tbsp paprika
- sour cream
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp caraway seed
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- bag of egg noodles
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chopped onion
DIRECTIONS
- Brown beef in oil;
- Add broth, onions, peppers, ketchup, paprika, caraway seed, salt and pepper.
- Blend cold water and flour.
- Stir into beef mixture and simmer until meat is tender, approx 1 ½ hour.
- Add sour cream (to taste).
- Serve over noodles or stir them in.
