INDIVIDUAL HAM AND EGG BAKE

  • Ham
  • Cheese - American, Swiss, Cheddar, Gouda, etc.
  • Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cream or milk
  • Parmesan cheese, optional
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease individual casserole dishes.
  2. Layer:
  3. piece or pieces of ham
  4. cheese of choice
  5. 1 or 2 eggs
  6. salt and pepper
  7. cream OR milk (egg yolks should be slightly visible)
  8. Bake 10 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  10. Bake additional 10 minutes. (Bake longer for harder yolk.)
