Icecream Cone Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30 to 35
- Servings: 12
- 12 flat bottomed icecream cones
- 1 (21 to 23 ounce) boxed brownie mix
- 1 6oz package of chocolate chips
- 3/4 stick of soft butter
- candy sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place cones in muffin tins or on a baking sheet. Prepare brownie mix according to packaged directions.
- Spoon batter into cones till 3/4s full.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tops have risen above the rims of the cones and cracked.
- Remove from oven and cool to room temp.
- Frosting: Melt chips and butter.
- Mix until smooth.
- Dip tops of cones in chocolate.
- If not well covered, dip a second time.
- Stand cones upright and sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
- Let stand at room temp until chocolate hardens.
