Iced Gingerbread Cookies
  • 1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Pantry Cinnamon Plus(TM) Spice Blend
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3-4 teaspoons milk
  1. Optional decorations such as colored sugar crystals, sprinkles or chopped nuts.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Crumble cookie dough into bowl.
  4. Add flour, molasses and spice blend; mix until completely blended.
  5. Using a cookie press with desired shape, press dough onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 12-14 minutes or until cookies are set and edges are light golden brown.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Repeat with remaining dough.
  9. In small bowl, combine powdered sugar and enough milk to make a thick icing.
  10. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
  11. Decorate as desired.
  12. Let stand until icing is set.
