- I admit it. During this time of the year I pull out the bisquick mix recipes and make something for on the days when I need a dinner fast. This also reheats nicely.
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Grease 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle chilies, cheese and onion in pie plate.
- Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 25-35 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 5 min.
- Serve with salsa if disired.
