INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 40 minutes at 350F
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix and prepare according to directions
- Chopped pecans
- Coconut
- Powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 stick butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Grease and flour 9x13 inch metal baking pan (don't use a foil disposable pan)
- Sprinkle coconut and pecans in the bottom of the pan.
- Mix cake according to directions and pour into pan.
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and melted butter.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture in piles (dollop) over top of the cake.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
