Indian Spiced Ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • ¼ cup onion
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon red curry powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small pan, heat canola oil over a medium flame. Add onion and sauté until browned.
  2. Add onions, ketchup, and curry powder to food processor and pulse until combined.
