Individual pizzas

  • 75g Self raising flour
  • 10g soft butter
  • 30ml milk
  • small tin chopped peeled tomatoes
  • rosemary
  • pinch pepper
  • 25g grated cheese
  1. Put the flour and butter into a bowl and rub together with the tips of your fingers when it resembles a breadcrumb consistency add milk, stir to make a dough. Make a ball with your dough. Dust the work surface with flour place the dough ball in the centre and roll out. Place the pizza base onto a baking tray, put the tomatoes on first, spinkle with rosemary, and pepper. Sprinkle the grated chesse over this. Place in the oven at 200° for 15mins or until the chesse is melted and golden.

Each of my children want different things on their pizzas so I came up with a recipe for them to create their own!
