Infused Butter

- 14-28g Choice Herb (Decarbed)
- 4 Sticks Butter
- Canning Jars
- Cheese cloth or a fine strainer
DIRECTIONS
- MAKE SURE YOUR HERB IS DECARBED
- NOTE : you will need to use your rack that goes into the instant pot.
- Fill your instant pot about a knuckle above your rack with water.
- Melt your butter on the stove or in the microwave.
- Put the desired amount of herb within each canning jar .
- Pour your melted butter in the canning jars and mix the herb and butter thoroughly.
- Replace the lids on your canning jars and close your instant pot.
- Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes then release and carefully remove the jars with mitts and allow to cool on a rack until they’re cool enough to handle with your hands.
- When cool enough strain your infused butter through cheesecloth or a strainer into your desired containers to cool.
- Voila ! Infused butter! Then use as necessary in all of your recipes !
