Inside Out Cheeseburgers
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1-1/2 t. salt
- 3/4 t. black pepper
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 6 onions, sliced 1/2 in. thick
- 1 cup Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish (if desired)
- 6 hamburger buns
DIRECTIONS
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; shape into 12 patties. Set aside.
- Saute onions in a large non-stick pan.
- Top 6 of the patties with onion, cheese, and relish; cover with the remaining patties and press and seal together.
- Cook patties on grill or skillet for about 6 min. on both sides.
