INGREDIENTS
- whipping cream
- fresh hot black coffee
- 1/2 tsp sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Whip cream till thick and creamy.
- Pour Irish whiskey into mug or coffee glass.
- Add coffee to within 1/2 inch of brim.
- Add sugar and stir well.
- Top with whipped cream. (do not stir)
