  • 2 8-oz pkgs. philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 cup whipping cream whipped
DIRECTIONS
  1. COMBINE CRUMBS,SUGAR & MARGARINE.
  2. PRESS ONTO BOTTOM OF9-INCH SPRINGFORM PAN.
  3. SOFTEN GELATIN IN WATER, STIR OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL DISSOLVED.
  4. BLEND IN 3/4 CUPSUGAR &BEATEN EGGYOLKS , COOK STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  5. OVER LOW HEAT3 MINUTES.
  6. COMBINE CREAM &COCOA MIXING AT MEDIURM SPEED ON ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
  7. GRADUALLY ADD GELATIN MIXTURE & BOURBON MIXING UNTIL BLENDED.
  8. CHILL UNTIL THICKENED BUT NOT SET.
  9. BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL FOAMY. GRADUALLY ADD REMAINING SUGAR.
  10. BEATING UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM.FOLD EGG WHITES & WHIPPEDCREAM INTO CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE. POUR OVER CRUST.
  11. CHILL UNTIL FIRM. GARNISH WITH CHOCOLATE CURLS. 10-TO-12 SERVINGS
