Irish Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pounds Frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup Onions; diced
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 16 ounces Sour cream
  • ½ cup Melted margarine
  • 9 ounces Grated sharp cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Thaw potatoes about 30 min., then mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for one hour.
