Italian Bruschette
  • Cooking Time: 1 night

  • 6-8 ripe tomatoes
  • one bunch of basil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 table spoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Bread
  1. Wash and dice the tomatoes to small pieces.
  2. Chop garlic and basil leaves.
  3. Add salt and olive oil to the mixture according to your taste.
  4. Let it marinate in the fridge for 1 night.
  5. Cut the bread in slices of 0.5/1 cm high and lightly bake them to become crispy.
