Italian Dressed-up Stew

- 2 pounds beef, cubed
- 1 - 8oz zesty Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups water
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 8-10 canned biscuits
- parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate beef in dressing for 1 hour in frig. Drain, reserving dressing. Brown beef in oven-proof skillet in 1 tablespoon butter.
- Add 2 cups water to dressing and pour over beef.
- Cook, covered, for 1 hour.
- Add carrots, potatoes and celery.
- Cook until tender.
- Top with biscuits and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
