Italian Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. Ground beef
  • 1-1/3 cups dry bread crumbs or 1 pkg. Crackers, crushed
  • 2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbs. Oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls. Cook under the broiler
  2. Until browned, turning once. Add to spaghetti sauce.
