Italian Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. Ground beef
- 1-1/3 cups dry bread crumbs or 1 pkg. Crackers, crushed
- 2 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbs. Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls. Cook under the broiler
- Until browned, turning once. Add to spaghetti sauce.
