Italian Pork Chops Mozzarella
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 packet bread crumbs seasoned for pork
  • 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  1. Moisten chops with water. Shake off excess. Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix. Discard any remaining mix. Place in 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Top chops with spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until sauce is warm and cheese is melted
