Italian Roasted New Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
  • 24 very small whole new potatoes
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • water
  • 2 tbsp garlic olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Put potatoes and 1 tsp salt in a sauce pan. Cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high and boil for 6 minutes, Drain.
  2. Mix potatoes, oil and seasoning and 1 tsp salt in large bowl. Coat well. Spread potatoes on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
