Italian Rosemary & Garlic Pan Roasted Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- 6-8 medium sized potatoes, (or 1-2 per person that will be served.)
- 2 tbl Rosemary ( dried or fresh )
- 2 tbl garlic powder, or 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 4 tbl cooking oil ( just enough to coat bottom of skillet, to prevent sticking)
DIRECTIONS
- 6-8 medium sized potatoes, (or 1-2 per person that will be served.)
- 2 tblsp. Rosemary ( dried or fresh )
- 2 tblsp. garlic podwer, or 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 4 tablsp cooking oil ( just enough to coat bottom of skillet, to prevent sticking)
- directions:
- 1. cut up potatoes into small cubes, as if for boiling for mashed potatoes.
- 2. heat cooking oil into pan till sizzles.
- 3. brown Rosemary and Garlic in pan till garlic turns light golden brown.
- 4. Add potatoes, and cook until tender, but not mashy, and until golden brown.
