Italian Shrimp Bake
  • 2 packages, uncooked, peel and eat shrimp (31-40 count)
  • 1 ½ sticks butter, melted
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1 lemon, washed and sliced thin (you can use more if you want a more lemony taste)
  • 1 packet Italian Dressing and Seasoning Mix (Good Seasonings brand)
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • ½ lb. dried pasta (cooked, follow directions on package)
  1. Preheat oven, 350 degrees. Make sure shrimp is thawed out, if you bought them frozen. Lay sliced lemons down in 13x9 casserole dish. Peel shrimp and remove tails, if desired. Place uncooked shrimp on top, spreading evenly. Melt butter, add garlic and stir. Pour butter/garlic mixture over top of shrimp. Sprinkle Italian seasoning (I use half of the packet) and parmesan all over shrimp. Bake uncovered 12 minutes. You could even broil for a few minutes to sort of caramelize the Italian dressing on top. No more than 2 minutes.
  2. Serve with pasta, french bread and your favorite veggie.
