Italian Style Flounder
  • Cooking Time: 30
  • 2 pounds flounder fillets
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Arrange flounder in a medium baking dish.
  3. Dot with butter, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Top with remaining ingredients, ending with cheese.
  5. Cover, and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
I discovered this one myself. I didn't know what to do with the flounder so I kinda dug around the kitchen and ended up with this.
