Italian Tomato Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6
  • 6 firm tomatoes
  • 1 t. dried basil
  • 1/4 t. marjoram and garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges, add seasonings and oil. Toss gently and refrigerate for 1 hour.
