Italian Tortellini Salad
  • 2 bags frozen tri-colored tortelli
  • 1 bottle Good Seasons Sun-Dried Tomato -Vinagrette with Roasted Red Peppers salad dressing
  • Marinated artichokes, chopped
  • Roasted red peppers, chopped
  • Chopped black olives
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • Pepperoni, cubed
  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Toss with approximately 1/2 the bottle of salad dressing and add remaining 5 ingredients (amounts to taste). Chill pasta salad for several hours or overnight. Serve cold.
