Jalapeno Cornbread

- 3 cups self rising cornmeal
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 small can creamed corn
- 2 cups sharp shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat onion to 375. Grease a 13x9 glass pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan. Cook about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Test the center with a toothpick
