Jami's Yummy Taco Soup
  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Diced Onions
  • 2 cans Pinto Beans
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
  • 1 can Mexican-Style Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cans Diced Green Chilies
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
  • 1 pkg Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • Corn or Tortilla Chips
  • Sour Cream & Cheese
  • Pickled jalapenos
  1. *Brown Ground Beef and onions in skillet; drain excess fat, then transfer the beef mixture to a large slow cooker or large pot
  2. *Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, green chilies, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning; cook in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours or simmer over low heat for about 1 hour on the stove
  3. *To serve, place a few corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over them
  4. *Top with sour cream, green onions, jalapenos, or any other toppings of choice
