Janet's Baked Cheddar Bacon Spread
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30
  • 2 packages (8ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups (16 ounces) shredded cedar cheese, divided
  • Assorted crackers
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, onion and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Fold in bacon and 3 cups of cheddar cheese. Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 30 minutes or until browned.
  5. Serve with crackers.
