Janice's Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter
- two 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 egg yoks
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. lemon juice.
- 5 egg whites
DIRECTIONS
- Make base of vanilla wafer crumbs & butter. Place in bottom of cheese cake pan
- Cream cream cheese and sugar. Add 5 egg yoks to cream cheese mix
- Stir in sour cream, vanilla, & lemon juice.
- Whip egg whites and fold in
- Pour over base
- Bake at 300 Degrees for 1 hr. Turn off oven for 1 hr. Open oven for 1/2 hour. Leave cheese cake in oven until finished with process and then chill.
