Japanese Gomaae Salad

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 2
- Prepare spinach first wash well
- 200 grams of fresh spinach, rinsed and lightly steamed
- cool immediately, squeeze out as much liquid as possible, set aside.
- Dressing
- Combine 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar (or regular)
- 1 tbsp. tahini paste (or 1/2 tbsp peanutbutter)
- 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. seasalt
DIRECTIONS
- Toss dressing through spinach and chill.
- Eaten as a side-dish with rice and BBQ meat. Doubles easily.
