Japanese Gomaae Salad

  • Servings: 2
  • Prepare spinach first wash well
  • 200 grams of fresh spinach, rinsed and lightly steamed
  • cool immediately, squeeze out as much liquid as possible, set aside.
  • Dressing
  • Combine 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar (or regular)
  • 1 tbsp. tahini paste (or 1/2 tbsp peanutbutter)
  • 1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. seasalt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Toss dressing through spinach and chill.
  2. Eaten as a side-dish with rice and BBQ meat. Doubles easily.
