Jello Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
  • Spray 8 inch pie pans this will make 2 pies or 1 9 inch pie pan
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 box any flavor jello
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 8 ounce soft cream cheese
  • 2 cups thawed whipped topping
DIRECTIONS
  1. Dissolve jello with boiling water pour into blender add soft cream cheese and cottage cheese. Blend for 2 minutes, put into bowl and add whipped topping and stir. Pour into prepared pie pan or pans chill for 4 hours. ENJOY
