Jenni's Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 45 to 60
  • Servings: 4 to 6
  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 12 single saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 cup Heinz 57
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • Mrs. Dash
  • Black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine meat with crackers, egg and onion.
  2. Mix in Heinz 57 and seasonings.
  3. Bake in loaf pan @ 350ºF for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool meatloaf 5 - 10 minutes and remove from pan. Set on paper towels to absorb grease from sausage.
