Joghurt Bread

  • NOTE: 1 Deci Litre is approx. 1/2 cup
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 Deci Litres Joghurt
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Malt Extract (in Iceland you get it in the pharmacy)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Deci Litre Oatmeal
  • 8 Deci Litres Flour
  • 1 Tsp Dried Yeast
DIRECTIONS
  1. Let the Bread Baker bake it.
  2. Great to freeze in slices. Then you can toast it and always have fresh bread.
