Jon R's Vanilla Cupcakes

  • 1 ½ (375ml) cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (5ml) teaspoon baking powder
  • ½(2ml) teaspoon salt
  • 8(40ml) tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1(225ml) cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½(375ml) teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ¾(177ml) cup milk
  1. First put in flour then add eggs and ¾ cup of milk.
  2. Put in ½ of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  3. Then add in 1 stick of unsalted butter.
  4. And finally put in 1 ½ of vanilla extract and 1 cup of sugar.
  5. After that bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

I showed my aunt the recipe and she and I made it and they were the best thing I have ever tasted.
