Jungle Colada
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 5 oz pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • ice
  • Garnishes (optional):
  • raspberry puree
  • whipped cream
  • maraschino cherries
  • toasted coconut
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend ice, coconut, pineapple juice, ice cream, pina colada mix, and rum until smooth.
  2. Swirl rasberry puree around glass.
  3. Pour drink into glass.
  4. Top with garnishes.
